Problem Note 61474: Using bulk loading with 32-bit SAS/ACCESS® Interface to PostgreSQL under Windows results in a missing "intl.dll" error

In the latest release of the PostgreSQL client that shipped with SAS/ACCESS Interface to PostgreSQL, the libintl.dll library name changed to intl.dll. As a result, when trying to enable the bulk-load option from a 32-bit installation of SAS running under Windows, you might get the following error:
This issue does not affect 64-bit SAS.
A workaround is to rename the libintl.dll library currently included with the driver to intl.dll.
